Townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It includes 1 queen, 2 fulls, 1 sofa futon, and a queen air mattress. Additional bedding, linen, and towels can be found in the closets and the laundry room. Mini-Splits for heat and A/C. Spacious kitchen with seating at dining table, bar, and bistro table on balcony! A parking permit is provided for unrestricted street parking.
Smart lock/keypad at front door. You will be sent an access code and instructions after booking.
You'll have full privacy during your stay, but we're always available if you need anything.

Sam was great! Had a great weekend with friends in Seattle, location was walkable to lots of restaurants and bars.

Everything was good for the most part. I would’ve definitely spent more time at the Airbnb if the furniture was more comfortable. Still was the same price as staying at a hotel in this good of a location so that made it worth it.
