About the house
Spacious 2bd/1ba + loungy living room and kitchenette packed with the essentials.
Our well-stocked kitchenette is small but suitable for moderate everyday meal preparation and longer stays, with a double-burner hot plate, air fryer, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and other essentials.
Because the kitchen has natural wood countertops, we kindly ask guests to take a little extra care to prevent staining, heat marks, and water damage. Please use the provided cutting boards and trivets and wipe up spills promptly.
Private entrance along the side of the house.
While your space is very private, you may hear paw- and footsteps overhead. A family with a dog and cat live on the main level of the home above you. If you're allergic or sensitive to cats or dogs, this may not be the place for you.

Our stay was cozy and the apartment has beautiful rugs and other textiles. There is a unit above but in 3 days we only heard them (walking) twice briefly. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove but it has a microwave and toaster oven, as well as a coffee maker, which was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again!
Great apartment in Magnolia. My parents visited Seattle and I booked this place for three weeks. They liked the apartment and the neighborhood a lot. The hosts are amazing and super responsive.
