Wonderful place! Check in was very easy, and Sam is a friendly and responsive host. Felt very at home, beautiful place in a peaceful location. Made my stay in Seattle wonderful!! Highly recommend.

Great location when going to a Husky game! It's a beautiful old home and beautifully updated.
Sams place was really cute. It was a nice location, quiet and easy to fine. Everything was just as described. We had a lovely stay.
The location was fantastic and Sam was a great communicator. I’d stay here again. What it held it back from five stars were some functional things with the house (old bones with modern features bolted on) and the parking spot was taken a couple times.
