About the house
A brand-new, thoughtfully designed lower-level suite in a newly built home on a quiet, tree-lined street in University Heights — the calm residential pocket right between the U-District and Ravenna.
The suite is bright and modern with a comfortable open layout: a queen bed, a full-size pullout sofa in the living area (sleeps up to 4), and a dedicated desk and chair that make working from "home" actually pleasant. The full kitchen has brand-new stainless appliances including a gas range, full-size fridge, and microwave. The full bathroom is fresh and modern, and an in-unit washer/dryer means you can pack light or stay a while.
Smart TV with streaming, fast Wi-Fi, and your own dedicated driveway parking spot round it out. The whole space is private with its own separate entrance.
Guests have full private access to the entire suite, the dedicated driveway parking spot, and the separate entrance. Self check-in via smart lock — you'll get the code and arrival instructions a few days before your stay. Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming apps, in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen are all included. Starter supplies (coffee, paper goods, soap, shampoo) are provided to get you settled in.
We aim to give you full privacy but you may hear occasional footsteps above and see our family and dog walking in the yard outside the windows.
Tucked away on a residential street, you'll be just a short walk to all that the U-District has to offer. Also right nearby is the beautifully lush and wooded Ravenna Park, and unbeatable shopping at U-Village.

This is a darling Airbnb, well stocked, great location near to lovely walks, we were extremely content living there for several weeks!
Honestly, it cannot be a better opening for us using Airbnb. The host Sam was amazing responsive, the furniture and the supplies were perfectly suited for our needs. Honestly, I recommend anybody to live here, especially with it’s amazing price and spectacular service.
We enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable and the space was clean and tidy.
Everything about my stay here was great. It was in a pretty much peaceful neighborhood, and a walkable distance to UW and other stores nearby. Sam was a great host, always responsive and was a great help for my inquiries.
Everything seemed new and well taken care of. Loved the full size kitchen and laundry. Worked perfect for our nearly 2 week stay.
