About the house
There are 3 large bedrooms (King x 1, Queen x 2) , private workspaces and closets - as well as an additional den with a trundle bed which turns into either a king (minus 5” of length) or two twin beds. The primary bedroom and bath are on the upper level. The middle level has a 1/2 bath, kitchen, living room and dining room. The lower level has 2 bedrooms plus an extra den and large full bath. One of the lower level bedrooms has a huge walk-in closet which some families use as a nursery for a cot or a crib. There are 2 or 3 extra floor cots, 2 pack n' play cribs with sheets, and plenty of extra space in the bedrooms as well as common rooms to place the cots or cribs - as well as relax. The long driveway can accommodate 3 cars one behind another, and street parking is very easy as the street is all single family homes on large lots. There's also a garage with electricity for charging EV's.
Perfectly located - a short walk to all that Phinney Ridge and Greenwood have to offer. Walk to Green Lake (to picnic, stroll or paddle), the Zoo and many other well loved Seattle places. See our guide book for favorite local bites, shops and walks.
Driveway can fit two cars (one can fit in a garage) and plenty of open street parking with no parking restrictions. Quick Lyft/Uber pick-ups as well as busses, bike-share bikes and scooters.

The home was spacious, clean, and just minutes from Green Lake, with plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We’d definitely stay here again.
I would totally recommend staying. We loved the location, close to cafes and transportation. Very clean and spacious. Hosts were friendly and great with communication.
This is a very nice house. We wanted a place to host a family dinner and it worked out great. Very comfortable and good kitchen.
Went to Seattle for my son’s 2nd birthday and this house was great for us. Very spacious for our big family and instructions to the house were super easy and straightforward. The house looks exactly like in pictures. Would definitely book again!
