Quintessential Craftsman with FIVE BEDROOMS and TWO BATHS, boasting original 1912 fir floors and millwork throughout, seriously spacious rooms, and comfortable layout.
The entire house / yard / driveway is yours to use during your stay, minus the basement which is just used for storage.
Level 2 EV Charger is also available for use during your stay. Emporia brand, hardwired for up to 48 Amp charging.

Potential for street noise in the front rooms (dining room, a couple of bedrooms). It's really not bad - I just like to mention it to be on the safe side. Honestly, you can barely hear the cars when you're in the house.

This place was exactly what me and my group were looking for. Host was always clear with instructions and quick to respond. Great spot!
Great location in Ballard. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops. Bit of a busy street.
Sam’s place was centrally located and easy to get around Ballard and downtown Seattle. There was plenty of room for our group and the kitchen was well stocked, which helped with our planning. The house at charm, but still all your modern conveniences.
We enjoyed the stay, will book it again if we next visit Seattle. The garden is beautiful with flowers grown. If Sam manages other properties in other cities, it will definitely be on the consider-to-stay priority list.
Excelente la atención que Sam tuvo con nosotros durante toda la estancia, la casa está muy bonita y con todo lo necesario para utilizarla y para la ubicación que necesitábamos fue muy conveniente.
Loved the stay. Sam had bubbles that the kids really enjoyed after being on a road trip for 9 days at different hotels every night we felt right at home and was able to rest before our flight back home.
