Great location! 28 bus goes straight downtown, stop is right next to the house. Easy street parking. Good restaurants near by. House is perfect for large groups.

We had a wonderful family stay in this updated historic home. It worked well for all of us to stay on different floors, and it was a great location to walk and drive wherever we wanted to go. We would love to come back again.
Sam's place was perfect for our larger blended family with adult children. We could come and go and still have privacy based in the layout. Sam communicated well and we had no problems getting in and if an issue came up. The neighborhood was great too; easy access to places. We were quite happy with our stay.
