MAIN LEVEL: 2 Bedrooms (King, Queen), full bath, kitchen with Blue Star gas range, breakfast nook with view, bar seating for two, dining table, living room with 55" TV and gas fireplace.
LOWER LEVEL: 1 Bedroom (Queen), full bath, laundry room, spacious living room with large sofa and 65" TV. Lower level has step-free entrance (but still requires stairs to access main level)
DECK: Deck off main level has hot tub, bistro table, and additional patio seating to relax and enjoy the view and sunsets over the Olympic Mountains
The entire house and deck is 100% yours to use during your stay.
The property will be yours during your stay but Sam will be reachable if you need anything.

We had a great stay and loved the neighborhood. They even helped us figure out the fireplace when we were struggling to get it started.
This place was a great relaxing spot for us and our furry friends. The beds were comfortable and clean. Full kitchen and so many amenities! We loved the hot tub and the views from the patio. Will highly recommend to friends and family!
We enjoyed our stay at Sam’s place in Seattle. The house was in a great location and very convenient to Fremont and Ballard. The views from the deck were nice too. Plenty of space. Parking in front on the street was easy and never a problem. The park at the bottom of the hill was great for our daughter.
A wonderful, well-appointed home in a fun but peaceful neighborhood. Sam was a great host and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!
This house is as pictured, cute with a lot of charm. This is a great option if you want to be in a neighborhood, a car was very helpful as most retail was at least a 20-25 min walk. Sam was responsive, generous, and check out was easy. I would high recommend.
