There are 20 stairs up to the apartment from the main entrance. They are over 100 years old so they may be a little steeper than you're used to. There is a handrail.
Free street parking! Most side streets are free and unrestricted. Right out front on Fremont Ave is a combination of free, 1 or 2hr limit, and no parking… otherwise it’s pretty easy. Don't expect to park right out front - you may have to circle the block, but you'll likely find a spot within one block.

Wonderful location, clean, and lots of room for our family and toddler. Loved that they had a pack and play so we didn’t have to bring one. Would absolutely stay here again!!
Sam's place was amazing, very roomy. Perfect location with everything in walking distance. Quick access to downtown as well. Would definitely rent again.
Visiting my daughter who lives in Freemont and runs with Brooks. Sam's place was in great location for us and Seattle is really a beautiful city. Had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here - and my kids were excited to have their own bedrooms. The location is on Fremont blvd so lots of hustle and bustle and great restaurants both out the door and down the hill. And the apartment has everything you’d need while on vacation. Sam was very responsive.
Great location. Lots of stairs to get to the unit. Once in, very clean and organized. Parking can be a challenge but it all worked out. Would consider again. Nice coffee shop across the street. Able to walk to restaurants
